Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how iiinie LLC (“iiinie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the iiinie platform and related websites and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, company name, and authentication identifiers provided when you sign in.
- Content you provide — contacts, campaigns, messages, documents, and other data you create or upload to run your marketing and CRM workflows.
- Connected-account data — when you connect a third-party account (such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, SendGrid, or Twilio), we access data from that account only as needed to provide the features you enable, using credentials you explicitly authorize.
- Usage and device data — log data, actions taken in the Services, and technical information such as browser type and IP address, used to operate and secure the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate you; to operate the features you enable (including AI-assisted content generation, campaign management, analytics, and integrations); to process billing; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Google User Data and Limited Use
When you connect a Google account (for example, the Google Ads API for keyword research, reporting, and campaign management, or the YouTube Data API), iiinie accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data only to provide and improve the specific features you have enabled, and in accordance with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, iiinie:
- uses Google user data only to provide user-facing features within the Services that you have connected and authorized;
- does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, for security or legal reasons, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice;
- does not use Google user data for serving advertisements; and
- does not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can revoke iiinie's access to your Google account at any time by disconnecting the integration in your iiinie settings or via your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers and sub-processors that help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), under contractual confidentiality obligations; third-party platforms you connect, as directed by you; and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of credentials and access controls scoped to each customer workspace. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can disconnect integrations at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the United States and other countries.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
